SACRAMENTO – Throughout the year, Senator Anthony Cannella (R-Ceres) recognizes men, women and organizations for their contributions to the citizens of the 12th Senate District. All are presented with a personal Senate Resolution, often at a public ceremony to applaud their special accomplishments.
Today, Senator Cannella hosted those awardees in Sacramento for a day in their honor to individually and collectively thank them once again. From Man of the Year to Veteran of the Year, the Senator showed his true appreciation for these community members’ commitment to humanity.
“I take pride in recognizing all the dedication and great accomplishments of people and organizations making a difference in my District,” said Cannella. “Each of them has given of themselves to make our community a better place to live, and this is just a small thank you for all they do.”
